	Lottery is looking for a contractor to manufacture, install, and remove CBA at Lottery grocery/retail locations. CBA will provide product advertising to Lottery players at the point of checkout and purchase. This will stimulate product awareness, thereby increasing sales and Lottery contributions to beneficiaries such as the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account, which funds early learning, college grants for low-income students, and vocational scholarships.
