	The purpose of this Request is to identify a contractor to conduct an aerial sightability survey of the Mount St Helens elk herd area in Cowlitz County Washington, in March or early April 2024. WDFW is looking for pilots with extensive experience in conducting aerial surveys of wildlife using helicopters.
