	This document outlines the needs of WSDOT to come into compliance with multi-state laws and regulations based on states where WSDOT employees reside (i.e. telework). WSDOT is seeking a vendor to provide state and local payroll and employer tax reporting information with the possibility of assisting with registering WSDOT in all states and local municipalities where WSDOT has an employee presence.
