	Washington Health Benefit Exchange (hereafter called WAHBE) is initiating this Request for Information (RFI) to seek feedback to inform a future Lead Navigator Organization procurement to improve the program and understand what we may do differently to serve all Washingtonians. The information WAHBE collects may inform its purchasing strategy and may be used to assist WAHBE in the prospective procurement of Lead Navigator Organizations which is anticipated to be released in early 2024.
