	Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to solicit and evaluate competitive bids, as set forth herein, to award one (1) contract for an urgent Fuel Site Repair in Electric City, Washington. This repair needs to be made safely, effectively, and quickly. This Solicitation will be based on best proposal that includes hourly rate. The contract term is for twenty-four (24) months.
