24-002RO – KING STREET STATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) invites Statements of Qualifications to be submitted for 24-002RO King Street Station Project Management. Firms that are registered and approved on the City of Seattle’s Roster Category Project Management (Small Businesses Only) are eligible to submit.

The general scope of the roster category for Project Management is: Project management studies, process redesign and analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, scheduling, training, tracking, plan review, permitting, reports, and expert witness.

This contract is intended to cover building engineering, property management and owner’s representative project management tasks for a period expected to last for the next three (3) years while tenant improvements in SDOT-controlled spaces are upgraded and implemented. The contract will have the possibility of an extension if needed.

The selected consultant will also manage basic operations and maintenance of the building, including maintaining records and submitting to SDOT maintenance records, scheduling and management of maintenance vendors, and managing tenant relations with Amtrak and other building tenants. Total contract amount is expected to be between $250-350K.

Electronic Submittals must be uploaded to Bonfire by 4:00 PM, April 29, 2024.

Consultants must register with a free account at Bonfire, SDOT’s Procurement Portal ( https://cityofseattle.bonfirehub.com/ ), to access Solicitation documents, including the RFP packet, Evaluation Criteria, additional Submittal Information, to ask questions, and receive Addenda.
