General Information:
The contractor shall furnish, provide and install all work required to complete the elevator modernization for two (2) Otis overhead geared traction passenger elevators.

Pre-Bid Conference:
A Non-Mandatory, but highly encouraged site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2023 starting at 10:00 am. Attendees shall meet Facilities Management at the plaza outside the West entrance of the Courthouse located at 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
