Cowlitz County is requesting proposals for the implementation of a project costing and maintenance management software solution to establish a long-term, cost-effective agreement to support, augment, and streamline the County’s existing Public Works operations. This includes budget management, receipting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, roads, bridges, inventory, purchasing, fixed assets, service requests, and data integration with Oracle PeopleSoft.
