Description:

Cowlitz County is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit qualified applicants interested in providing specific housing/homeless services. The County will contract with service providers utilizing funding from the State of Washington Department of Commerce, to provide the following services:

Eviction Prevention - Homeless Prevention
Housing & Essential Needs (HEN) - Homeless Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing, and essential needs
HEN Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Bridge - Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing

Responses must be submitted by Friday, June 23rd, 2023 prior to 4:30 pm to Cowlitz County Health & Human Services at 1952 9th Avenue in Longview, WA.
