Description:

The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works (County) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants capable of performing real property acquisition and relocation services that may be associated with County projects, including but not limited to roadway, water, sewer and parks. The consultant will provide these services as County projects are scheduled for development or as circumstances emerge that require professional relocation and property acquisition services.
The County anticipates contracting with multiple firms to provide these services on an as-needed basis and each firm may subsequently be asked to prepare specific proposals (task orders) for more than one project. The contract term will be for a period of two years with a possible oneÂ year extension .

The selected consultants must be listed on the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) approved consultant list to be considered.
