Cowlitz County is soliciting bids from qualified parties interested in paying fixed fees to Cowlitz County in return for the right to remove Mt. St. Helen’s ash and dredged sand material from County-owned property located at 240 Cook Ferry Road.

Bidders must commit to the removal of a minimum of 150,000 cubic yards of dredge spoils. One agreement will be awarded to the party with the highest bid price. See attached for additional information and submission instructions.
