Cowlitz County is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit qualified applicants interested in providing treatment and recovery support services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system in accordance with the Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) funds and RCW 71.24.580. The County contracts with qualified service providers utilizing funding from the Washington State Health Care Authority. Services must be provided within the geographical area of Cowlitz County and enhance local therapeutic court programs and the jail by providing Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services and Recovery Support Services primarily to Drug Court participants.

Responses must be submitted by Friday, June 23rd, 2023 prior to 4:30 pm to Cowlitz County Health & Human Services at 1952 9th Avenue in Longview, WA.
