The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract services to assist in the landscape maintenance of the City’s Rights-of-Way. The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: general lawn care; line trimming; edging; pruning of trees, shrubs and ground cover; weeding; removal of dead, diseased or infested plants; pest control through Integrated Pest Management practices; hard surface maintenance; leaf blowing and litter removal from landscape zones; brush control of native areas; branch and debris removal from maintenance zones; weeding of wetland mitigation areas; rough mowing; slope mowing; meadow mowing; and weed spraying.

Questions concerning this ITB must be submitted no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, February 28 at 3:30 PM via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website at the same location as the ITB document, listed above. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.

Sealed Bids must be submitted via mail or hand-delivered to City Hall no later than Friday, March 3, at 2:00 PM.
