The City of Sequim uses outside janitorial service providers for the Civic Center and a City-owned event center that is available for public rental. The City seeks to contract with a single reputable business for both facilities. Services at the Civic Center would occur daily (after hours/overnight). Services at the event center would be on an as needed basis, after each event, and the hours and tasks will vary.

MANDATORY PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH
A walk-through is scheduled at Guy Cole Convention Center located at 144 North Blake Avenue on December 15, 2023 @ 3pm immediately followed by a walk-through of the Civic Center located at 152 West Cedar Street.
Bidders will be expected to travel on their own to the Civic Center.
Only bidders who email or submit a “Letter of Interest” may attend the walk-through.
