The City is seeking an Engineering firm to provide engineering services for a new potable water well located at the City's Silberhorn Wellfield site. The design will be a 2-phased design; with the Phases being distributed as follows:

- Phase 1: Bid documentation, well driller oversight, well testing services, final documentation of well construction & test results, bid assistance, permitting assistance, DOH coordination and ancillary services.

- Phase 2 (Dependent on Phase 1): Site work, well house over the wellhead, new building for (MCC, chlorination, flow meter, etc.), water transmission improvements, electrical, bid documentation, bid assistance, and permitting assistance.
