Description:

The City of Sequim (City) seeks a qualified individual, firm, or agency to provide Hearing Examiner services pursuant to Sequim Municipal Code (SMC) Chapter 2.10. The Hearing Examiner conducts quasi-judicial hearings and appeals on land use and regulatory compliance matters on behalf of the City and issues decisions and recommendations supported by findings and conclusions.

SMC 2.10.010 vests the City’s Hearing Examiner position with authority to hear and decide appeals and issue land use permit decisions specified in SMC 2.10.070.
