The City of Sequim, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to perform the following services:

1. Provide expert professional planning, zoning, and development review services to support the City of Sequim's current planning and development processes.
2. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date municipal code through precision municipal code updates and revisions.
3. Deliver presentations to the Hearing Examiner, City Council, and/or Planning Commission as needed to provide professional insights and recommendations.
4. Work together with staff in some instances and provide explanation and mentorship to planning and engineering staff during project and code amendments.
5. Conduct planning-related research to inform decision-making and policy development.
6. Offer growth planning services to assist the City in managing sustainable and responsible growth.
