ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Bainbridge Island for the WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT REGULATORY AIR GAP until 9:30 AM, January 12, 2024, at the City Clerk’s office, 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington, 98110, and will be opened and publicly read out loud at 10:00 AM on January 12, 2024. A job walkthrough will be held on December 19, 2023, at 1:00PM at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1220 Donald Place NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110.

All bid proposals must be on the form provided and must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond, on the form provided, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. The amount of the sur
