The Seattle Housing Authority(SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/ professional firm to provide Bond Underwriting services. SHA anticipates the use of this service for the agency’s pipeline of development, redevelopment, and repositioning projects as well as potential acquisitions. Based on our current development pipeline, we anticipate about one bond issuance each year. This service is a vital component in providing the consultation and technical support needed for project financing.
