RFQ: Energy Savings Performance Contracting

University of Washington Facilities (UWF) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide Energy Conservation Services Performance Contracting for the design, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, start-up, and monitoring and verification for energy conservation projects at any of the University of Washington campuses or remote facilities.

Responses must be submitted per the requirements detailed in the RFQ This solicitation is open to those firms that satisfy the qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
