University of Washington Facilities (UWF) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide Energy Conservation Services Performance Contracting for the design, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, start-up, and monitoring and verification for energy conservation projects at any of the University of Washington campuses or remote facilities.
