Project Description: The project includes the following work: The primary scope is to build out the former Easy Street space at University of Washington Medical Center Northwest E-wing for the WWAMI Institute for Simulation in Healthcare (WISH) department. Project area is approximately 4,000 square feet to include a variety of flexible spaces for simulation rooms, control rooms, meeting spaces, offices, restrooms, and storage. Construction to include full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and all new finishes.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 10:00 am on April 17, 2024, at UW Medical Center Northwest 1550 NW 115th Street, Seattle, WA 98133. Meet at the north end of UWMC Northwest Hospital at the entrance marked ‘UW Medicine WWAMI Institute for Simulation in Healthcare’. See link for a map.
